SATSA Bonding:

We are a member of the South African Tourism and Services Association (SATSA).  Only businesses that the Association has determined are suitable and appropriate to work in the travel and tourist industry in Southern Africa are eligible to become members. This ensures that, should we become insolvent before the contracted service is rendered, the bond, which has a ZAR 1.5 million indemnity limit, will reimburse the amount or replace the service, up to a maximum of ZAR 300,000 per incident or ZAR 75,000 per claim.
