Nadine Anthony is a Travel Co-Ordinator at African Family Safaris & Tours, with 17 years of experience in the travel and safari industry.
Her background spans luxury boutique hospitality, regional sales, guest logistics, front office leadership, reservations and guest relations. Over the years, she has worked across both operational and customer-facing roles, giving her a strong understanding of what goes into creating smooth, well-planned travel experiences.
Today, Nadine uses that experience to help create tailored itineraries, manage complex travel logistics and coordinate memorable safari experiences across Southern Africa. Her main areas of expertise are concierge and reservations management, with a particular focus on personalised service and seamless guest journeys.
What Nadine enjoys most about the safari and travel industry is seeing guests experience something extraordinary for the first time — whether that is spotting one of the Big Five up close or discovering the beauty of Cape Town.
Nadine’s African Travel Experience
Nadine has travelled extensively across South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls, with each destination offering a very different experience.
In South Africa, she has explored Kruger National Park, Greater Kruger, Sabi Sands, the Waterberg and the North West Province, with rare predator sightings among the standout moments.
In Namibia, the contrast between the desert landscapes, wild horses and dramatic coastline left a lasting impression. In Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls, highlights included experiencing the Falls up close and enjoying a peaceful sunset cruise along the Zambezi River.

Waterberg Region
My favorite safari destination is the Waterberg Region.
I love the quality of the game drives and the fact that sightings are often less crowded, giving travellers a more peaceful and exclusive window into wildlife behaving naturally in the bush.

Botswana
Top of my African travel bucket list is Botswana. I’d love to experience the untamed wilderness of the Okavango Delta via mokoro, witness the incredible elephant populations in Chobe National Park, and explore the vast, open landscapes of the Makgadikgadi Pans.

I love an itinerary that combines safari, Victoria Falls and Cape Town.
For me, the ideal trip starts with a digital detox in the bush, continues with the spectacle of Victoria Falls and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, and ends with a relaxed, exploratory stay in Cape Town.
I enjoy the balance this creates between wildlife, natural wonders and vibrant city culture, giving travellers a varied experience without trying to fit too many destinations into one trip.
