Eco-friendly
Our lodges prioritise low-impact operations to protect Botswana’s wilderness. Elephant Valley Lodge utilises borehole water and a biochemical septic system for irrigation, alongside smart power management. Kadizora Camp runs on solar and gas with an on-site water purification plant. Both properties maintain strict waste management and off-site refuse removal to ensure the surrounding ecosystems remain pristine.
Child-friendly
Elephant Valley welcomes children of all ages in their family forest tents.
At Kadizora Camp, all ages are permitted in the family tent; however, children under 6 are not permitted on safari activities. For children between 6 and 12, participation in game drives is at the discretion of the camp manager or guide.
Itinerary
Upon arrival at Kasane Airport, you will be met for a short road transfer to your first destination: Elephant Valley Lodge. Situated within a forest reserve bordering Chobe National Park, the lodge is surrounded by the untamed beauty of the Chobe district—home to the largest population of African elephants in the world.
Over the next two days, you will enjoy 4×4 game drives and iconic boat cruises along the Chobe River. A river safari is a truly unique way to witness hippos, crocodiles, and an incredible variety of birdlife at eye level. Back at the lodge, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the new rim-flow pool while watching wildlife gather at the nearby waterhole.
Accommodation: Elephant Valley Lodge (Family Forest Tents available for all ages).
Following a final morning activity and a hearty breakfast at Elephant Valley Lodge, you will be transferred back to Kasane Airport. From here, you’ll board a light aircraft for a scenic flight over the “jewel” of Botswana: the Okavango Delta.
Your next destination is Kadizora Camp, which offers a true Okavango Delta experience. Nestled in a lush setting with diverse wildlife and warm local hospitality, each safari tent is secluded to ensure total guest privacy.
You can customise your days with a variety of activities:
Water-based: Seasonal Mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions and boating.
Land-based: Open-vehicle game drives and bush walks.
Optional Extras: We highly recommend the hot air ballooning for a bird’s-eye view of the floodplains, or a cultural visit to a traditional local village.
Fishing: Available from March to December (catch-and-release).
Accommodation: Kadizora Camp
After one last morning activity soaking in the sounds of the Delta and a final breakfast at Kadizora Camp, you will board your light aircraft for the flight to Maun Airport.
The flight takes approximately 35 minutes, offering one last chance to admire the Delta from above before you connect with your onward travel arrangements.
