This Victoria Falls and Botswana safari brings together two very different experiences: the wildlife of Chobe and Savuti, and the energy and excitement around one of the world’s great natural landmarks. All the lodges offer family-friendly facilities, with options such as family tents, childcare services and activities suited to younger travellers. You can expect a mix of elephants, predators, plains game and plenty of birdlife during your time in the parks. The itinerary also includes one complimentary night in Botswana, adding extra value and making this a more cost-effective holiday package.

In Zimbabwe, you’ll stay close to Victoria Falls with views over a busy waterhole, perfect for wildlife sightings right from the lodge.

Both Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge and Nogatsaa Pans Lodge are fully eco-certified by Botswana Tourism. They operate on solar power, use biodegradable products and maintain robust recycling and waste-management systems. Itinerary

You’ll arrive at Kasane Airport and take a light scenic aircraft transfer into Ghoha Hills, where your adventure begins. The camp is eco-friendly and set in the Savuti area of Chobe National Park, with panoramic views across the Savuti Plains. Enjoy the lodge’s inviting spaces, including a lounge with viewing decks, a boma for evenings under the stars, a rock swimming pool with sweeping views. as well as a selection of spa treatments.
Ghoha Hills offers two luxury family-size tented rooms at the lodge, each sleeping four and suitable for two adults and two children, with private viewing decks overlooking an active waterhole.
The Savuti region is known for outstanding wildlife. Throughout the day, you may encounter elephant, lion, giraffe, leopard, roan antelope, kudu, warthog, buffalo, impala, waterbuck, cheetah and a variety of bird species.
On arrival, usually around midday or later in the afternoon, enjoy high tea in the main area. You’ll be introduced to your guide, who will take you on a sunset game drive along the lodge’s private road network. This ends at the scenic Baobab site, where you can enjoy spectacular sunset views and sundowners.

After a morning game drive, your journey continues by road to your next stay inside Chobe National Park: Nogatsaa Pans Lodge. Set within Botswana’s second-largest national park, this environmentally friendly lodge runs entirely on solar power, significantly reducing its footprint.

Nogatsaa Pans Lodge features two family tents, each with a spacious outside deck offering sweeping views of Kwikamba Pan.

Activities include birdwatching, morning and afternoon game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles, stargazing, sundowner drives and, if you wish, private dinners under the stars.

Following your morning game drive and breakfast, you’ll depart by road for Kasane, approximately 80 km away. From Kasane, your driver will accompany you across the Kazungula border, which is a short boat crossing followed by a scenic drive to Victoria Falls.
Your stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is 4 km from the town centre and features rooms with glass sliding doors opening onto a private balcony. The lodge was chosen for its views over a busy waterhole often visited by elephant, buffalo, kudu and other wildlife. Guests can enjoy a fine dining restaurant, an open-plan lounge with views over Zambezi National Park and a two-tiered swimming pool perfect for downtime.
Activities include a memorable sunset cruise along the Zambezi River, where you can soak up the last light of the day and look out for elephant, hippo, crocodiles, birdlife and more.

After breakfast and check-out, your driver will transfer you to Victoria Falls International Airport for your onward journey.
