Itinerary
Your adventure begins at Maun Airport. From here, you’ll take a helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta to your first camp. What a way to start the safari on a high! The camp is in the north-eastern Okavango Delta. You’ll witness elephants roaming free, lions basking in the sun, and leopards hiding in the trees. The Okavango Delta is renowned for its rich biodiversity. You’ll glide through the tranquil waters in a traditional mokoro canoe, surrounded by vegetation and soothing sounds of the African bush.
Staying at Xaoo Safari Camp offers an authentic, intimate Okavango Delta experience—ideal for adventure seekers and nature lovers seeking tranquillity, unique wildlife encounters, and the region’s iconic mokoro excursions.
You will stay in one of 6 raised platform en-suite tents. The chalets are spaced apart for privacy and a personal experience. You’ll spend 3 glorious days enjoying mokoro canoe safaris, game drives, cultural excursions, nature walks, and stargazing.

You’ll begin your day with a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active. You’ll capture the light and the bustling activity of the bush. Then, you’ll transfer by helicopter back to Maun and then board a light aircraft flight to your next destination. This is an exciting way to explore Botswana’s breathtaking landscapes. This itinerary allows you to maximize your safari adventure while minimizing travel time between camps.
Mogogelo Camp offers a unique and intimate safari experience, nestled in the heart of one of Botswana’s most wildlife-rich areas. Located in the Sankuyo community concession, this camp provides an excellent base for exploring the nearby Moremi Game Reserve and the Okavango Delta. Situated in a private concession, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the surrounding wilderness, away from the crowds. You’ll stay in tents that provide comfort and a touch of elegance, each with views over a waterhole, which attracts a variety of wildlife right to your doorstep.

You’ll enjoy a morning game activity, then take a light aircraft flight to Kasane. From here, one of the lodge representatives will transfer you for 1 hour to the lodge, which is on the border of Chobe National Park.
Wildtrack Safaris Eco Lodge is an eco-friendly safari lodge on the border of Hwange National Park and close to Kazuma National Park and the Chobe region. This prime location gives you access to a variety of wildlife and ecosystems, plus the possibility to explore Chobe National Park and River within about an hour’s drive.
Enjoy a swimming pool that overlooks a waterhole, a spacious dining room, a lounge, bar, and library. There is also a boma for evening relaxation under the stars.

Starting your day with a morning activity and then transferring to Kasane for your onward journey offers a seamless way to wrap up your safari adventure while ensuring you make the most of your remaining time in the wilderness.
The lodge will transfer you back to Kasane, which involves a scenic drive through the wilderness, offering one last opportunity for wildlife sightings.
Once in Kasane, you’ll have options to continue your journey, whether heading to a new safari destination, catching a flight to another African city, or perhaps making your way to Victoria Falls.
